Please note that by submitting a request form, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Requests

I take up to 48 hours to review every drawing request. Once I have, I will get back to you to confirm it or ask for further information. No payment is taken until I accept your request.

2. Payment

Once I have accepted your request, you will be charged a quarter (25%) of the fee upfront. The remaining 75% is taken once the drawing has been provided and both parties are happy.

3. Changes

Each commission includes one round of changes. If you would like something tweaked, I can do it once; any further changes will cost extra. Please make sure we are both clear from the beginning on what is needed.

4. Delivery

You will receive both the physical original drawing and the digital file. I can also arrange extra prints for a small additional cost.

5. Cancellations

Once I have started work, the deposit is non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Usage

I keep the copyright in all my artwork. Your drawing is for personal use only; commercial use needs my written permission. I may share the finished piece in my portfolio and on social media unless you ask me not to.
